Page Content Livingston County's Information Technology Department is responsible for keeping the technical components of the County Government up and running. The department supports and develops software applications. We’re in charge of the county website. We also support, manage and build local and wide area networks and the VOIP phone system that is used by the county departments and some outside agencies.
