Continuation Permits

Continuation Permits

(Also referred to as New Permits)

The Livingston County Building Department can issue continuation permits under certain circumstances. The term "continuation permit" refers to new permits issued to replace permits that have already been voided, already expired, or the job has been taken over by a different person.
