1. Plan review fee is $50.00.
2. Land use permit from the township.
3. Soil erosion permit or waiver from the Livingston County Drain Commissioner.
4. Septic and well permit or waiver from Livingston County Environmental Health Department (if septic and well is applicable).
5. One (1) site plan.
6. Two (2) sets of plans that include construction details.
***NOTE*** If building is under 200 sq. ft. and 10 feet in height, no permit is necessary.
