Campaign Finance Information

Campaign Finance reports filed with the Livingston County Elections Division can be viewed for local, school and county candidates as well as political action and ballot question committees. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

 ATTENTION - CANDIDATE COMMITTEES ON THE NOVEMBER BALLOT

2018 Post-Election General Campaign Statements are due by

December 6, 2018 by 5:00 p.m.

This statement closes on November 26, 2018 and is required by all Candidates Committees whose candidates are running for elective office in the November 6, 2018 General Election. This statement is also owed by Political Party Committees and Ballot Question Committees who have made expenditures to participate in the November 6, 2018 General Election.

 ATTENTION - CANDIDATE COMMITTEES WITH NO ELECTION THIS YEAR

2018 Annual Campaign Statements are due by

January 31, 2019 by 5:00 p.m.

This statement closes on December 31, 2018 and is required by all Independent, Political PAC, and IEC/Super PACs.  This statement is also owed by Candidate Committees of candidates that have NO election in 2018 and Ballot Question Committees that have NOT made expenditures to participate in the November 6, 2018 General Election.

 REPORTING WAIVER

Committees that qualify for and maintain the $1000.00 Reporting Waiver are not required to file campaign statements. The Reporting Waiver does not waive the 48 Hour/Late Contribution Reports (LCR), other immediate disclosure reports or Petition Proposal Statements.
