Welcome.  We are the Clerk of the Circuit Court, a division of the County Clerk's Office, and the official "record keeper" for Circuit Court.

"The county clerk of each county shall be the clerk of the circuit court for the county"  [MCL 600l.571 (a)]

 Our Services
We are the filing office for the Circuit Court.
We maintain and house all Circuit Court files.
We provide record copying and certification services.
We maintain Circuit Court motion hearing dockets.
We accept payments on criminal felony cases.
