What to do if the PPO is Denied

 
> Contact the Circuit Court Clerk's Office for a hearing date and time
 
> Complete and file Notice of Hearing on PDF IconPersonal Protection Order Form CC 381 at the Clerk's Office
 
> Complete and file the PDF IconCircuit Court Praecipe
 
> Arrange to have the Notice of Hearing, PPO Petition with Questionnaire, and the Praecipe served upon the other party, by:
 
personal service by an adult other than yourself, or, by a process server
  -or-
certified mail & restricted delivery to the "respondent" the person the PPO was taken against
 
> You must ensure that the Proof of Service is completed and filed back at the Clerk's office
