What to do if the PPO is Granted

  
> You must come back to the Circuit Court Clerk’s office to:
pick-up your signed true copy of the PPO, and,
a true copy of the PPO for the "respondent", the person for whom the PPO was taken against
 
> You must arrange to have the PPO served upon the other party by:
personal service by an adult other than yourself, or, by a process server
  -or-
certified mail & restricted delivery to the "respondent" the person the PPO was taken against
 
> You must ensure that the Proof of Service is completed and filed back at the Clerk's office
