ACCEPTED ITEMS: Computers and related items: PCs, desktops, towers, servers, iPads, laptops, monitors 14"-21" CRT or LCD; printers, circuit boards, etc. (remove/wipe/erase/or drill hole through hard drive) Televisions and related items: all types/sizes, VCRs, DVD players, receivers, antennas, game systems, etc. Also: cameras, camcorders, phones, cell phones, fax machines, radios, hand-held games/personal devices, scanners, microwaves, calculators, cords etc.

Solid Waste Management Meetings – Quarterly meetings at the Livingston County East Complex

Board of Public Works Public Meeting -The 1st Thursday of each month at the Livingston County East Complex

Mission Statement: To prepare and implement the Livingston County Solid Waste Management Plan in accordance with Part 115 of Act 451, as amended.

Develop and implement an integrated solid waste management program which protects public health by maximizing environmental and economic benefits.
Develop and implement mechanisms to control illegal dumping by providing incentives and education to prevent illegal dumping from occurring.
Build an educated public where citizens are informed about and understand solid waste management issues and concerns.
