PLEASE NOTE: In some cases, Stormwater Drainage Review may be required either by our Office or the Township's engineer before the Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Permit Application can be accepted.
Residential Projects
All residential plans must be reviewed for Soil Erosion and Sediment Controls by the Inspector prior to permit issuance.
Requirement: For all residential projects, a Land Use Permit from the township/village is required (where issued) and also a site plan. Fee payment is expected at the time of application.
Fees are subject to change without notice.
All permit / waiver fees are not refundable. In most cases, an inspection of soil erosion controls (silt fence or tracking mat) will be required before the permit is issued.
