The Fiscal Services Division operates under the direction of the County Administrator through the Deputy County Administrator / County Financial Officer who oversees all County financial matters and services. The services provided by the Fiscal Services Division include planning, coordinating and preparing the annual County Operating Budget, accounts payable processing, purchasing, grant reporting, financial analysis and budget support to the Board of Commissioners and County Departments.
The County Fiscal Services Division strives to maintain the County’s fiscal integrity and provide timely, accurate, and relevant information and support to the Board of Commissioners, Elected Officials, directors, employees and residents. The goal of Fiscal Services is to preserve and enhance a stable financial base to meet both the current and long-term objectives of Livingston County Government.
