 How and Where to Bid?

To bid on available items, please visit the MITN Surplus Auctions website. 

All bidders must register to participate in the auction.

 Surplus Auctions

On an on-going basis, Livingston County disposes of surplus property. This includes patrol vehicles cars, fleet trucks, buses, forfeiture and seized items, computers, etc., via an online auction process. The listing for sale notice will include the County location of the item and when and where they can be inspected. 

All items are sold "as is, where is" with no warranties or guarantees. 

 Surplus Auction Process

The successful bidder will receive an invoice from the County of Livingston. Auction item(s) will be available for pick-up at the County location listed on the invoice. Please pay the invoice at the Livingston County Treasurer's office at 200 E. Grand River Ave., Howell, MI 48843. Purchaser must coordinate pick-up with the County representative listed on the invoice within five business days of invoice. To pick-up auction item(s), the purchaser shall present proof of payment and valid picture ID.
