Feel free to make payments online at www.misdu.comin-person at our office, over the telephone  at 877-543-2660, or by sending a check or money order (payable to MISDU) to: Michigan SDU, P.O. Box 30351, Lansing, MI 48909-7851. Please record your docket number on a check. You can also enclose a payment coupon with your check. 

The Livingston County Friend of the Court (FOC) is dedicated to preserving the best interests of children in a respectful manner within the Statutes and Court Rules as defined by the Michigan Legislature and the Michigan Supreme Court. The duties of the FOC office include: conducting investigations and making recommendations to the court regarding child custody, parenting time, child support, and domicile matters. In cooperation with the Michigan State Disbursement Unit (MiSDU), the FOC collects, records, and distributes support payments as ordered by the court.
