Applications Manager, Diane Gregor - The Applications Manager oversees application development activities in Livingston County, especially in cases where packaged software is not enough to satisfy the needs of a department.

GIS Technician, Sandon Lettieri - The GIS Technician is responsible for the overall coordination of the County’s Enterprise GIS, ensuring the orderly and technically sound development and operation of the system to meet the needs of the County’s stakeholders.

The GIS Technician performs data maintenance of several vital GIS layers: parcels, road centerlines, emergency response zones, and election geography layers. These layers are used to support multiple applications and services throughout county departments and even local communities. In addition, the GIS Technician serves as a liaison between the County and local communities resulting the sharing of data and technical knowledge between units.

GIS Mapping Technician/Addressing Official, Leslie Coffman – The GIS Mapping Technician maintains Livingston County’s GIS address database and serves as the Addressing Official for the Livingston County Addressing Ordinance. Addressing duties include calculating house numbers for new addresses and correcting addresses that do not meet the County standards.

The GIS Mapping Technician assists with GIS data maintenance, producing maps for customers, county departments, and local communities.
