COVID-19 Vaccination Scheduling

Appointments now available for scheduling! Currently vaccinating ages 12 and up.

The Livingston County Health Department (LCHD) is excited to offer anyone who lives or works in Livingston County, Michigan the opportunity to self-schedule COVID-19 vaccination appointments.  Appointment scheduling links will be added to the bottom of this webpage as they become available. If all appointment times are full, you will receive an error message indicating that appointments are not available. You may wish to check the scheduling link periodically throughout the week for cancellations.

Minors need to be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Anyone under 18 years old will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian when getting vaccinated.

Second dose appointments

If you received your first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine through LCHD, your second dose appointment will automatically be scheduled.  During your first dose appointment, you will receive the date and time of your second dose.

If you received your first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine through a different provider, you should get your second dose from the same provider.
