Hepatitis A and B Vaccine Information

Hepatitis A and hepatitis B are two additional viruses that can affect your liver and cause damage, especially in people with hepatitis C.  Hepatitis A and B can be prevented by vaccination, unlike hepatitis C.  Individuals diagnosed with hepatitis C are eligible for a program (MI-VRP) that will provide these vaccinations.  (An administration fee may be charged.)  The Immunization Clinic at the Livingston County Health Department is open by appointment only.
