The Transportation to Work (formerly Job Access and Reverse Commute or JARC) program was established in 2010 to target and address the unique transportation challenges faced by low-income persons seeking to obtain and maintain employment.
The Transportation to Work run travels between the Village of Fowlerville, City
of Howell, and the City of Brighton terminating at U.S. 23 and Grand River in Brighton. There is a 1-mile deviation from Grand River along the route. The TTW run operates between 6:15 A.M. and 11:15
