In-County Trips:
Reservations for in-County trips should be made at least 3 days in advance if you require a specific time. We accept same-day reservations but may not be able to accommodate exact times.
Out-of-County Trips: Reservations for medical trips to surrounding counties should be made at least 3 weeks in advance if you require a specific time. You may request a trip within a shorter time period but we cannot guarantee space will be available.
**Reserve your return trip at the time you schedule your ride**
Please be ready on time! Your bus could arrive
up to 15 minutes before or after your scheduled pick-up time. Our buses will wait for three minutes at the pick-up location.
