County Amendment Form

According to the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act 110 of 2006 and the Michigan Planning Enabling Act 33 of 2008, all Livingston County townships are required to forward all Master Planning and Zoning amendments processed by their local planning commissions to our Livingston County Planning Commission for review and recommendation (Refer to MCL 125.3307 and MCL 125.3841 - Links to State Planning and Zoning Enabling Legislation are found below amendment form below). This process is to be completed prior to any formal approval or adoption of said cases by the local Township Board. Please use one form per planning or zoning case.
