County Planning and Zoning Amendment Form

According to the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act 110 of 2006 and the Michigan Planning Enabling Act 33 of 2008, all Livingston County townships are required to forward all Master Planning and Zoning amendments processed by their local planning commissions to our Livingston County Planning Commission for review and recommendation (Refer to MCL 125.3307 and MCL 125.3841 - Links to State Planning and Zoning Enabling Legislation are found below amendment form below). This process is to be completed prior to any formal approval or adoption of said cases by the local Township Board.


For your convenience, below you will find a fillable version of our Planning and Zoning Amendment Form which is required to accompany each township planning or zoning case forwarded to the Livingston County Department of Planning and Livingston County Planning Commission for review and recommendation.  Please feel free to utilize this form as necessary and email it directly (email button included on form) or mail it to our offices (one form per planning or zoning case please).
