Is there a fee to view tax history for a property?,

Yes. There is a $2.50 fee to view tax history. This information is not available by phone request.

Do you have listing of mortgage foreclosure?,

No. Mortgage foreclosures will be listed in the local legal news.

Where can I search for properties with delinquent taxes?,

Tax history can be viewed for a parcel online at: https://www.livingstonlive.org/Property/ , tax history views cost $2.50.

What are my current summer/winter taxes?,

Why can't I locate a document I know is recorded?,

​You may wan to try being less specific with the search criteria you provide.

Why can't I find my property? I'm typing the address correctly.,
