Our on-site office hours are M-F, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. by appointment only. To make an appointment, please call (517) 546-6338, or stop by.

In the event you need to schedule transportation, please call LETS at (517) 546-6600, select option 3, and let the Dispatcher know you are a veteran. 

In the event you are experiencing a crisis, please contact the Veterans Crisis Line at 988 and press 1.

We provide services to Veterans and dependents who reside in Livingston County, MI. Below, we offer an online tool to complete questions prior to your first appointment with us. This resource includes the ability to download common forms and documents. To use this new tool, click the below link and verify your email address upon initial sign in.
