COVID-19 UPDATE

As of June 15, 2020 our office is now accepting veterans and dependents by appointment only.  Please call ahead prior to coming in.  We have also removed appointment restrictions for our medical transports.  All employees and veterans/dependents are required to wear a mask at all times unless health issues prohibit it.  A face mask will then be provided.

FOOD BOXES

We will be distributing food boxes on June 23rd at the East Complex from 4 PM-6PM.  It will be on the honor system and it will be first come first serve.  However, if we run out before you get one or miss the pick up day/time, please call us and we will make every effort possible to provide a food box to you.

Office Mission Statement:

Compassionately helping Veterans and dependents in Livingston County improve their quality of life through timely, efficient and comprehensive services; increasing access to medical care, supportive services and benefit awards.

A Word From the Director

Greetings to all Livingston County Veterans and their survivors/dependents.  My name is Mary Durst and I was appointed as Director by the Veterans Services Committee last November.  I am honored and excited to be working on behalf of the Veterans of Livingston County.  As a disabled Veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, I have a vested interest in making sure the services and programs we provide meet veteran needs and exceed veteran expectations.  Our office is here solely to serve you, the veteran/dependent/survivor, so please never hesitate to reach out to us for any questions or concerns you may have.  You are welcome to stop by anytime to take a look around our office, see what services we provide or just to say "hi".  I am positive you will be impressed by the friendly and helpful service you will receive.
